Have you ever had a passion and desire for something, but not knowing what to do with it? Yes, that's me.
I was the typical teenager: partying every weekend, having what we called 'fun' and going on holiday left right and center. I hated college but I felt like I had to go. What else was I going to do? I only had a bit of retail experience and I couldn't work in retail forever, it's a laugh not a career. All my friends had these big plans to go travelling and start University, and I felt like I wasn't doing any of that because it's what I wanted to do, but because I felt it was the only way forward. They were all making their parents proud and what was I doing? Everything I know I shouldn't have been.
Don't get me wrong it was all good fun and I don't regret any of it, but while all my friends were living the lives they wanted, I have been stuck not knowing what I want to make of myself and changing my mind every other week because I've never really been sure until now. So I ended up working full time in a job I like but don't love for longer than I had planned, and now it's time to do what I love what I live for; travelling, seeing the world and being my own boss.
So I bet you are wondering why I am telling you all this? That's because I want you to help me find out who I really am. On here I am going to post all things travel, so you'll soon find out what I mean when I say I'm obsessed.
